My Mobile Header is blocking my website view

On my desktop version of my website, the header and everything is fine. When I goto the mobile version via my iPhone or Android phone, my logo is taking up the whole screen. I had someone make my website and they messed it up badly and I am slowing fixing everything to the way it is supposed to be. I don't know what the issue is here and why my mobile version is doing this. I have looked at the templates that the other person created on WPBakery and I don't know what to do. Please can someone help or attempt to guide me on what is wrong? My website is www.BuyTexasArt.com

So a couple of things

1) You should add the "Enable jQuery Migrate" Plugin as it looks like one of your plugins (or theme) has not been updated for WordPress 5.5

2) Right now when I look at your site the logo is broken so I can't see what you are referring to, however most themes have the image be responsive or allow you specify a smaller mobile logo to resolve the issue - The worst case is you can add some CSS that if the screen is mobile in size it reduces the size of the logo
