Need Help with SiteLock - basic wordpress management

Hi,

 Thanks for having this forum. I'm just looking for a little help with basic wordpress management. It's been awhile since I've used it and I just need to delete and change out some pictures/also embed some videos on my gallery section. If anyone knows of any tutorial videos let me know please thank you.
