No input file specified

I called GoDaddy support but they were zero help. I can log on using Safari (but not Chrome) and after logging in I get "No Input File Specified".

 

I did just try to upgrade to the newest version, it pretended like it worked but apparently it didn't. 

 

Any suggestions as I can't even get to the dashboard.

It sounds like a software problem, your software, not a Godaddy problem...............

The fact that support don't see the issue means they were successful login in.......... 

 

They never tried to log in, told them the problem and that was it. Thinking unsuccessful upgrade so rolling back/backing up.
