From what you've described, it sounds like there might have been an issue with the change going through. If the change is stuck processing for more than 24 hours, I would definitely reach out to our support team so they can take a closer look. If the change has processed but your site still isn't up, that could be a matter of DNS not being correct. In that case, please consider posting the domain here so someone can take a look at it.
