Updating Wordpress

Hi,

I have installed word press on my plesk account, and then in the dashboard I get a notification that I need to update the Wordpress 5.7 runtime. I ran the update and received an internal error that the update did not succeed. Why is this happening?

Regards,

Asim

I'm replying to your posts newest to oldest - So a couple of things

1) Is this Plesk with Windows??? if so while WordPress will work on Windows it generally speaking (by WordPress developers / supporters) to NOT run it on Windows.

2) Can you configure your PHP version is up to date

3) There should be an error log in plesk to look at and get additional information
