Woocommerce shipping help?

I have two types of items in my store. Perishable and non-perishable. The Perishable items need to ship via FedEx overnight and non-perishable ships usps. When a customer buys a perishable item and non-perishable items in the same order how can I make sure they get charged for both shipping methods when they order both types of items at once? Right now they have the option at checkout to choose between fedex and usps.

First you would setup a Shipping Class just for your perishables using FedEx.

WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping Classes

Then on each product you go to Product Data > Shipping Class.  That is where you can designate weight and dimensions and shipping class for each product.

For more here is the WooCommerce doc.
