"HTTP error"

When I go to upload a picture in the media library from my pc I get the following error message "HTTP error." I also have a message that says this "Maximum upload file size: 32 MB." File is a PNG 1,000KB hosted on godaddy

I also changed the upload_max_filesize 256m from 32MB under the PHP Selector | Options

The image didn't post - as I mentioned what is the width / height of the image?
