videos on wordpress

I'll be adding weekly video's to my wordpress hosted blog. Do I need to do anything special so it isn't slow loading?

Hi @bobskatie,

you'll have to see there but if your site does run slow then consider hosting the videos on YouTube and providing links only on your site.
