Can't access the cPanel of VPS for 500 error

Hi, I am having a serious issue in my website. I can't access the cPanel in my VPS server because of error 500.  Yesterday night, I changed the PHP version from 7.1 to 7.3 and I see this error from then.

Please tell me how to fix this issue. It's very urgent for me.
Looking forward to your valuable responses.
    Thank you.

Sounds like the easiest thing to do would be to revert the PHP back to 7.1 and try to find the incompatibility in your site that causes the 500 error. You may want to turn on debugging as it should give you the cause.

I know reverting the PHP version will fix the issue. But I can't change the
PHP version anymore as the cPanel or the WHM in the VPS is not loading as
    well because of the error.
