    Error: Object does not exist

     

    i have register the custom nameservers. but still i am getting  Error: Object does not exist

    but am trying to set my nameservers as

    ns1.spyderinfotech.in

    ns2.spyderinfotech.in

    but third party nameservers are updating successfully

    I'm assuming if you're on a server you're doing this through the WHM interface? If not, can you give a bit more info about what type of server you're on, the specs, etc.?

    I'm thinking if you're still having this issue, then a call to support or hopping on livechat might be in order. If you managed to correct the issue, can you let us know how you did it?
