    HTTP 500 error on custom built booking page

    Is anybody out there who can help with below error on my booking page? 

     

    https://visitsrilankatour.co.uk/booking/destination-date-time?mode=1

     

    https://visitsrilankatour.co.uk/booking/select-fare?mode=1&inputFrom=1&inputTo=18&date=09%2F30%2F201...

     

    looking for some expert help, who can handle above, this site is custom built and when we searched product page, we got http 500 error, when click on reload , sits is quickly reloaded with products but at the end, when reach to payment then pay button stuck preventing booking process but card get still charged.

    You should have an error_log file which should tell you what the 500 error is - if you can post that we can help point you in the right direction - Make sure to look to the end of the file we don't need the entire error log just the last entires referencing that page

    I'm assuming you are the same person under 2 ids.

     

    Can you do a screen capture -  as sending a link to the cPanel doesn't work as I obviously don't have your login information

    Yes, its me on both ID got messed up with account,

    I would check the .htaccess is set to 755 for permissions
