Htaccess works on local and Dev Environments, deployed to godaddy linux server will not work

I am using the following htaccess file in my local and development servers, however when I deploy this htaccess file to my godaddy prod server, I get a 500 error.

Hi @mdcolley. Welcome to GoDaddy Community!

I'm not sure what this would be, but it would be great if you could clarify what type of hosting environment you're site/app is hosted on. Is this a Dedicated Server, VPS, Cloud Server, or a Shared Hosting platform? Providing that may help you get an answer.
