UCC SSL from godaddy installed but sslshopper gives warning about intermediate certificate

hello I have installed https on my server i can see the green padlock and I checked on google chrome, mozilla firefox and internet explorer. It's not giving any warning about the certificate but when I checked with https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html there's a warning

The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate.Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following GoDaddy's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform. Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates.

I have an apache server and the UCC SSL was installed on a microsoft exchange server then they provided me with a PFX file and I converted it to the key and cert (without the chain/intermediate certificate). Now how do i extract the intermediate certificate? Is it okay to have no intermediate certificate?

    Welcome to GoDaddy Community, @brr!

We have a pretty good article regarding intermediate certificates here.  Within that article is also a link to our certificate repository, where you can get the intermediate certificate you need. If you don't install the intermediate certificates, your visitors might receive a "Security Alert" error.  Hope that helps.
