    Unable to switch to root

    When I tried steps mentioned here 



    I get this error:


    <userName> is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported.


    What am I missing?

    Hi, @myindiaruler. If you have a newer server account, the instructions you linked to won't work. In that case, the instructions here may help if you have a Managed or Fully Managed server. If you have a self-managed server, then I don't believe we have instructions for that. However, if you can confirm what you have, maybe another community member can help you out.
