Add the McAfee trustmark to pages

I was given the html code for the McAfee trustmark, but can't seem to load it. Using the website builder, there's an option to add html code but when I add it nothing happens. I'm hoping for community suggestions since the GoDaddy people don't seem to know anything about the products they sell.

Re: Add the McAfee trustmark to pages

Yes, I have tried that. First off, the instructions are very generic. For my particular situation, I use Website Builder. When I click on Edit Website, I enter the Website Builder editing page. On the left side are my options, one of which reads "HTML code". I click on this, which brings up a box that says I can paste my code in there, which I do. Nothing happens. No trustmark appears, nothing. It's like there's nothing there at all.

I can only assume this is where I'm supposed to paste the code, since there are no specific instructions for Website Builder.

Re: Add the McAfee trustmark to pages

    Hi @Pulpcat,

I'm going to suggest something very simple to try here, use a different browser. FireFox for example. Try clearing your cache too. Also as a last resort, try manually typing it in.

It says in the instructions here that you can do that:

Re: Add the McAfee trustmark to pages

    Hi @Fiona_coach,

I think it works for websitebuilder V7, where you can add html code, but I don't think the newest version (GoCentral) allows adding HTML code. I am no expert with CMS and hope I'm wrong, but you should chat with support to confirm.
