I have online appointment booking on my website. My clients get a reminder via text message and some clients have replied to the number to cancel or rearrange but I do not get their reply's as it is not a real phone number. The message is pre-set and I can not find how you change it.
I need to change the pre-set text of the text message to say 'DO NOT REPLY'. Has anyone got any ideas? I have spoken to the godaddy helpline and unfortunately she was only in the website builder we have access to so could not change it.
