Homepage Changing - Different Browsers

Hi there.

I am using the Website Builder, and my website's homepage is appearing different on different browsers. Whenever I look at my website from Google Chrome, Firefox, and the Internet Explorer browser, the homepage is different.

SOMETIMES, all the browsers will show the same design. But then again, sometimes they change and show the older one (the bottom)

I want my homepage to constantly show the first screenshot.

Try bypassing cache to make sure you're pulling it fresh from the live website.

This would only work as a temporary solution though, no? 

What about anyone new who visits my website? Is there no way to prevent my website from loading the previous display?

That is the local cache in your browser.  Any first time visitors wouldn't have cache, and return visitors would eventually be updated on their own.  The bypass-cache trick helps when working on a website, to verify recent changes went according to plan on the live website.
