Hotjar java script into Go Central website builder

Good morning everyone, I have pasted Hotjar's java script into the Go Central website builder in accordance with the Godaddy instructions (https://za.godaddy.com/help/add-html-or-custom-code-to-my-site-27252). However, I cannot get the Hotjar 'verify installation' tool to recognise the script. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks Peter

Re: Hotjar java script into Go Central website builder

Hi @FineFurniture. Thanks for being part of GoDaddy Community! From what I can find, it looks like Hotjar uses a Javascript tracking code. In my experience, these only work in GoCentral if they are built to function within an iframe. Often codes like this refer to scripts hosted outside of the parent site, which usually won't work with an iframe. You may want to check with Hotjar to see if there is a version of their tracking script that will work this way. I hope that helps.
