This is my website, how can i remove godaddysites after the name of my company? This is for an aviation company.

This is done by changing the domain name.  You can use one you already own or register a new one.

so if i just used the free website builder my domain name is just Content-Crow.com but it i use the gocentral website builder it has the Content-Crow.godaddysites,com why is that?

It gives you a *.godaddysites.com address to use for testing while setting up the site.  When it is ready to go live you would simply switch the domain following the article I posted above.  The bare domain can only be associated with one hosting or hosted product at a time, if it is already set-up with a different site that would need to be removed before it can be added to this one.
