Im having trouble getting my RSS feed to work with godaddys rss feed button on the website builder. It says it cant find my website. Im hosting all my podcast files through google drive and used googles burn feed to create a feed to enter for the url. The feed also didnt work on itunes authentication process so im not sure what im doing wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.
If the same RSS feed didn't work for iTunes, there may be an issue with the feed itself.
The only other thing that I can think of is that the RSS/blog widget in Website Builder does not support HTTPS, so you may want to check that and try using HTTP instead.
I'm not familiar with using Feedburner, so perhaps another Community member with experience in using it could offer some specific suggestions for it.
I am having a problem with that also........I published a feed...I cannot see it........most of my friends cannot see it. Geek Squad cannot see it.....they said it was the website hoster's problem. I have called GoDaddy about 12 times and they keep telling me it's not their problem.
Welcome to the Community!
Which site are you trying to link to an RSS feed? As mentioned in this discussion previously, knowing the site you're trying to connect to would help other members who might be familiar with this issue suggest what it is you'll need to do to get it successfully connected.
If this is for a Website Builder site, you might consider reaching out to our live support so they can help look into this within your account directly. If you do call, let us know what they find out.
I was trying to link my blog through the 'Blogg RSS feed' option through the site builder. Blog is with Wordpress; when I copy and paste the direct link (recycledheartphoto.wordpress.com) into RSS feed it says it cannot find that website. I've tried adding the '/feed' as suggested previously and nothing..
My final solution was just to create a button that goes directly to my blog in a separate window rather than displaying it through my website... Not exactly what I was hoping for though as I was wanting everything streamlined through one accessible site, rather than having a dozen different pages/tabs opening in my customers web browsers.
Has anyone found a solution for this?
I am experiencing the same issue when I try to link my blog, universalcoachworks.wordpress.com, to the Blog os RSS feed. I tried using https, http and just the address and nothing works.
Thanks in advance.
Spoke to support the button has been removed until they can sort out issues with it. It may be some time till it is resolved as it has now been over one week since the problem arose. Here is a HTML workaround until the issue is resolved.
hope this helps
