I created a Blog in web builder. It's one column and I want it that way. When I publish the blog it's "left-justified" and there is a lot of white space on the right side. I'd like the content to either be centered in the middle of the content space or "fill" more of the space. I don't think the white space on the right side looks polished. Is there any way to do that?

There are some elements you can control in the creation of your blog. This article will help you put it together and format the text. There's some additional information regarding the formatting of text here, that may help you as well.
Your image did not come through in your post. Can you share your domain name so we can see the resolution online and on mobile?

The blog is first. Below the blog is another post. Do you know if there is any way to left justify the copy and increase the size of the headlines. Centered copy is not very "reader friendly."
The size of the fonts will be largely determined by the theme you have chosen. You can play around with the choice of themes without ever having to re-input your text. However, within the theme, you are able to choose a layout that will provide you the left-justified type appearance.
When you go to the editor, click on the section that holds your picture and text (don't click on the text itself). That will give you an option in the editor on the right to choose a preferred layout. Some of the layout options will be centered, some left-justified. Some themes will provide more options than others. You should be able to find the text layout that suits you, as left-justified if preferred for longer text.
