Is there a way to change the mySQL user permissions?

I would like to restrict the MySQL users whose connection strings get stored on the server.
I want to be able to stop them from being able to Truncate a table and such, and have just one with full permissions for myself to access from My SQL Workbench.

I don't see any where I can edit the permissions in plesk, and it says I don't have the permissions to change them in MySQL Workbench.

I am not a user of Plesk, I prefer cPanel or via command line but I found this from Google which might help you: https://www.123-reg.co.uk/support/answers/how-do-i-assign-mysql-privileges-to-database-users-in-ples...

Thanks man that would have been it. Only problem is that apparently the Privileges tab doesn't show up if you aren't logged in with the root account, which I don't think you are able to with the way godaddy has things setup.

If anyone knows how to login to the root account that's the last key to the puzzle
