Paid version of website not working

I noticed 2 weeks ago that my main website wasn't working but instead a one page site was showing instead. Chatted with a rep for an hour one night and they assured me it was working but it wasn't. Then they told me it would be restored but would take 90 minutes so i went to bed knowing it would be working the next day but it wasn't. I chatted again the next day for 2 hours and the "back room team" would have it working in 90 minutes to 48 hours. ??? Whatever. Still to this day, the one page site is showing and my PAID FOR version sits on the sidelines. TERRIBLE customer service. I am paying for my site to show and am seriously thinking of hosting it elsewhere. This is nonsense in the Nth degree.

    Hi @ripper84,

    Welcome to the Community!

It sounds as though you may still have your domain's DNS directed to  previously setup single-page free website. This will be easily solved with an update to your DNS and a republishing of your paid plan. Unfortunately, you don't list your domain here so that it can be checked externally for where it may be directed. If you still need help on this issue, please reply with the domain name, so the users here can review and assist.

Well here is the problem, as i said, i have spoken to GoDaddy customer service twice and both times they assured me they would have this fixed. Once in 90 minutes, the next time in 90m to 48 hours. So at least they could have sent me an email saying, "hey, this is what we need you to do." But, nothing from anyone. Just the free one page website that i am paying for now. So now a 3rd person wants to check it externally. I think it might be time for me to move on. Thank you for your response.

    Hi @ripper84,

No one in this forum is able to access your account to review your website builder plans or see your domains. They are forum volunteers and end-users like yourself. Your domain was requested so the DNS could be reviewed to assist you with your issue. If you would like help from our forum volunteers, please provide more details of the issue that you're experiencing, so others can assist you here. Or contact GoDaddy customer support by phone or chat (there is no email support as you suggested), so they can look in the account with you and walk you through any steps necessary for you to resolve, or take the necessary internal actions for you.
