Has anyone noticed that refunds issued in the Quick Shopping cart may or may not return funds to the card holder / customer? I have documented this to the nth degree for technical support and they refuse to correct it. What's worse they keep changing the answer, blaming everyone but themselves or their application. First reported last summer and still not fixed. If you have this problem as well, I suggest doing a partial refund with $1 still left on their card. Partials seem to work all the time.
