Hi @BlazeFelton. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! Sorry, but there isn't currently a way for you to remove the GoDaddy Email Marketing link from the bottom of email campaigns. However, our support team can submit a request for it to be removed. If you reach out to them, they can get that process started for you.
Has the support team made this option available? I too need to remove the "Powered By GoDaddy Email Marketing" link at the bottom of a campaign.
As Jesse mentioned above, reach out the support team and they can help you with this. There's a "Chat" link in the upper right corner of GoDaddy Email Marketing that connects directly with our Email Marketing specialists.
GoDaddy Email Marketing
I have asked the support team twice now to help remove this.
Both chat sessions tell me the Dev Team are unable to help, this is totally unacceptable. Why would any business owner want to convey to their customers any other business details?
It is not right that my company has to display GoDaddy details in its email marketing and newsletters.
Not only is the Powered by GoDaddy not being removed but the subscription response to my customers has a GoDaddy URL, which I am told cannot be altered. I do not want my customers to see what services I use or companies that support me.
Your team say that they cannot do this!
Hi @Smudgelove. Sorry you've had a difficult time with this. While it wouldn't be possible to change the URL that is used to subscribe (since this goes through our system), it is definitely possible to remove the "Powered by GoDaddy Email Marketing" label from the footer of the campaign. I'm sorry if you were advised otherwise. I will make sure a note is placed in your account regarding the process for this change. If you can connect with our support team again and ask them to check your account notes, that should alleviate further confusion.
