It sounds like something got stuck in the upgrade process. The best way to resolve this is to contact phone support or live chat (link at top of page.) Unfortunately, the volunteers on this board don't have access to the backend of GoDaddy systems to rectify this particular issue. That being said, once you contact support it should be resolved very quickly.
