    Re: Subscribe button does not display in MS Edge

    I fixed my own problem by re-installing the Subcribe section using Chrome instead of MS Edge. Now the Subscribe section displays on the MS Edge browser.

    Re: Subscribe button does not display in MS Edge

    Hi, thank you for taking the time to submit this feedback. We have to fix a bug related to the HTML widget not working properly with the latest version of Edge browser. We will get that done as soon as possible.

    Thanks!

    Re: Subscribe button does not display in MS Edge

    @RachelB,

    Now that the Subscribe button works on MS Edge, the signup form only allows customers to add an email address. I need them to be able to add their firs and last names as. Does this mean I have to upgrade my plan?

    Re: Subscribe button does not display in MS Edge

    To allow the users to enter first and last names, I had to resort to using html for the sign up form. But, as I found out previously, the html form does not display in the MS Edge browser. I'm glad to hear from RachelB that GoDaddy is working on the Edge issue.

    Re: Subscribe button does not display in MS Edge

    I received help from Microsoft on how to display my Signup form in Edge. Hopefully, this will help GoDaddy fix this problem. Here is the code from Microsoft support:

    For example, the following HTML file renders just fine in Edge:

    <!DOCTYPE html>

    <html lang="en" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">

    <head>

        <meta charset="utf-8" />

        <title></title>

    </head>

    <body>

        <p>Hello</p>

        <iframe src="https://gem.godaddy.com/signups/e4fde7265b4c406096d1867cf22ffc48/iframe" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" height="518" style="max-width: 400px; width: 100%;"></iframe>

    </body>

    </html>
