Themes: How can I take elements from different themes?

I like elements from the dusk and slate theme and want to incorporate them into my website, is this possible, if not why? Also I would like my logo to stay centered when I add in pages on navigation, why does it go to the left hand side?

Unfortunately no.  The theme options are global settings, all of the sections for a website would be based on these selections.
