    Unable to see the rendered pages, instead it displays the content and coding of pages.

    Hi Colleagues,

    I have created jsp and html pages, and hosted them in godaddy linux started server, however i see the content of pages rather the rendered page.

    My website is http://uttranchal.in/. Please help what is going wrong.

    regards

    Ashish

    @shewani,

    What do you mean when you say you see the content and coding of the pages instead of the page?   When I go to your link, http://uttranchal.in, I see a picture of someone hiking, with their arms open and back to the camera, standing on top of some mountain.   I see text underneath the picture, paragraphs with different font sizes and styles.   To me, that looks normal...

    The problem is when the page is html it renders well however when its a jsp page it doesn't render. Do i need to do something special for jsp page. My hosting account is linux. I have removed the html page and now you should be able to see the issue.

    I see the problem now.   You can switch it back to the way it was if you'd like.

    Are you running Apache, and if so, what version?   Are you running TomCat?   If you're running Apache, I see some suggestions to enable the mod_jk mod if you have an older version of Apache installed and have that setup properly in the Apache's httpd.conf file, otherwise, use the mod_proxy module.

    Do you have JSP installed on the server?   Sorry for all the questions.  I found this article which might be of some use for you.
