W+M Additional Booking Questions not showing up when adding a booking from the dashboard
Currently in W+M Appointment system, I have defined 3 additional Questions to Collect Information when creating a booking (Settings--> Booking Info --> Collect Information ).
If my customer requests a booking from our website, all works well.
However , if I use the W+M dashboard to manually Add a Booking (if customers phones in for an appointment), these questions/fields are not available to me to capture the additional information. There is no place to capture additional information when Manually adding a booking.
Is there an easy fix for this?
An alternative solution would be a free form comment field in the "Add a Booking" view from the dashboard? This will act as a workaround.
