When clicking into a "Page" GoDaddy creates html boxes inside each other

Hi recently I have bought the domain: https://investornotestoday.com and one issue I have been experiencing while writing the Pages in HTML / CSS is if you visit the link i looks okay, no boxing issues, but once you click on the home button (Investors Notes Today) you will get something similar to the below picture

Then, if you were to click on the Page labeled "October 5th, 2019..." It would put the HTML inside of itself again, and again making the pages unreadable. Can somebody explain what I need to do to fix this? I was hoping similar to Wordpress or Google sites when you make a new page it would register a new domain such as http://investornotestoday.com/october-5th-2019... but it appears that is not the case.

Please note I am trying to continue to work in HTML / CSS for more control and padding between sections.

The 50 page limitation is on the Website Builder platform.  For hosting it would be based on the disk space of your plan, technical limitations of the server, and if the usage complies with the hosting terms.  For many files it is best to keep them organized into folders, having too many files/folders inside a given folder can affect performance.

Linux (cPanel) is the most popular option, thus it has the most tutorials and help articles available online.  It is generally considered more stable and secure, and what I usually recommend.  Though Windows is needed sometimes if the site runs on ASP/MSSQL.

To transfer the files many HTML editors have FTP built in, or you can use a stand-alone FTP client like Filezilla.  It is best if you're able to use sFTP (SSH-FTP) as that is more secure.

The website builder platform is not intended for those who want to design their own site using HTML and CSS.  A regular Web Hosting plan would be better suited.

For links to work in an HTML section a target needs to be specified (_top for same window, _blank to open new window).

    <a target="_top" href="pathto.page">Link Text</a>

So my intentions are to make a website, ad add a new page daily. I read that GoDaddy only supports 50 pages, is that also true for the web-hosting, and would you reccomend the linux host even if I am operating off a windows OS? I read the difference between the command lines and GUI, and I am comfortable with using and learning the command line, but I have seen more content on using the cpanel.

tl;dr, does Godaddy web hosting support over 1000 web pages for a domain and allow for the root folders to be downloaded so they can be worked on in visual studio or other HTML editors.
