Might’ve I been directed to the wrong place?

I am new to communities, and was directed here by a tech, to learn how to run a successful store. I started out in the help section trying to follow the guides however, I find their topics off topic of what I am wanting to learn. Can someone tell me where to go to find the appropriate help for getting my store set up.

You were probably directed here to ask your question(s) and get input - I'm not sure from your statement if you are asking for guidance from a technical perspective (how / which features do I need to setup on a specific platform) or more business / concept of what are the things you should be including.
