Can not access MySQL Databases from cPanel

Dear all

when I am trying to open "MySQL Databases" from my cPanel page I am getting the following errors:

The MySQL server is currently offline.
Mysql::initcache() failed: The adminbin “cpmysql” in the “Cpanel” namespace call to function “DBCACHE” ended prematurely: The subprocess reported error number 255 when it ended.
anybody knows what is the problem?

Hi @vandna,

I hope you've been able to find how to access your MySQL through cPanel. If not, here's our Help article on how to do this. Take care and I hope this helps!
