Can't Find Root Folder

Based on this article: https://uk.godaddy.com/help/what-is-my-websites-root-directory-16187
The root folder is under /public_html
However after loading our website files to /public_html we still can't see them when we load the site in the browser.
Kindly advise us on where to set/find our website root folder.

Thanks

Re: Can't Find Root Folder

You set the files you want the public to access in the /public_html

however the page will not display

If there is an error (Check the error file log in public_html)

If the default page to be displayed is not there (ex: default.html)

or if the .htaccess was replaced or modified or the files does not meat its requirements.
