Cannot Send Email - Linux hosting with cPanel.

I have an Linux hosting with cPanel.

i'm receiving the above attached message during replying on any email from my email account. i'm unable to send emails. 

whenever i send email, it shows 

ERROR: Your message could not be delivered

Please provide the domain name so I am able to review the basics first. If you are familiar with dns you can review your settings by taking a look at this guide to make sure you have all the proper dns entries.
