Hi @Eka_Suryawan. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! Typically, an issue with receiving emails means that the domain isn't using the right MX records. You can find the correct DNS settings for cPanel here. If the address is set up on cPanel, you can also check to make sure that your domain is set up for local mail delivery (under MX Entry settings). Hope that helps.
