Solved! Go to Solution.
In file manager in the wp-content folder you need to click the +Folder button in the toolbar and add a folder for themes
Then you should be able to do the upload of the theme via the admin

If you are trying to create a subdirectory using the domain (sub domain) I believe you will run into a character limitation as the directory name is too long

This sounds like a permissions issues - I would double check that the folder has read/write permissions.
Also what error are you getting - can you post a screen capture of the file manager to show us where the issue is

Ok so I see your public_html - you have a WordPress site there and i see your subfolder kkpkonlineregistraiton with another wordpress site
So where are you not able to create the subfolder and what if any error message do you get when trying to add it

If there is no path in Settings -> Media
Then in the cPanel file manager make sure wp-content and theme both have 755 for the permissions

If you don't see the 755 for the permissions when you are in the cPanel file manager that 100% could cause the issue of not being able to upload
What you can do is click on the folder and then click permissions
Then set the settings as below
You should then be good to go

The permission are correct
The permission are correct
I check the file manager the folder of the theme still on the public_html folder under upgrade folder, when o go on wordpress the theme does not exist and when i upload the theme failed to install.
See screen shot below,
From the last screen capture you posted - It looks like the wp-content/themes directory is missing - so therefore when you go to upload it is failing - WordPress can create the folders within themes (or plugins) but the themes (and plugins) need to be there to start with
