Cpanel host down for more than 5 days already and still not back online T_T

Hello! My website which is hosted under Cpanel has been down for more than 5 days and until now is still not online, it's really frustrating as we rely on online booking to generate business... I've called godaddy support for 4 times in the last 3 days (it's so expensive to call to support in my country T_T) and the verdict was the whole server (and all the shared hosting) is affected with some kind of an issue, and that GD is already working on it. Question tho, can we be migrated to a working server while GD is working on the problematic one? Being down for more than 5 days is absolutely unimaginable...

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had with your plan. Members of the Community would not have access to your account or plan details and we wouldn't be able to make changes to your account through the Community. It sounds like you've already spoken with support and that they are working on this issue.
