Cron jobs is deleted from cpanel by self why ?

I am Creating Cron jobs but after some days cron jobs is deleted from cpanel why?

Support team just check the cron job are working or not i mean support team create demo cron job command and test it .... its work fine ..
But my issue is not this ... i am creating cron job its works fine after some days i have no notifications receive from server when i check the cron jobs commands its deleted auto from the cpanel then i will add it again 😞 😞 
Simple issue is when create cron job and works fine after some days its deleted from the server ??
