I need to redirect my old domain  http://www.propyogi.in/ to  new domain http://www.propyogi.com/

how can it possible , I tried to forward option but still not working

Thanks for posting your question here.

You need to create or edit your .htacces file from " http://www.propyogi.in/" and add a 302 directive.

It should go something like this
Redirect 302 / http://www.propyogi.com/
