How to upgrade from Economy?

I wish to upgrade my economy Linux hosting in order to host multiple websites but cannot find a way to do it anywhere in my account or cpanel. Any advice?

See the domain bar in cPanel? Click on it, will show your domains and an upgrade option.

The grey bar that has the Addon domains etc underneath? Clicking on that does nothing (but it does turn a darker shade of grey). I am on mobile but have tried  in both mobile and desktoo views to no avail.
