More on FTP--how I can find out what my direct IP address is?

Hi everyone,

I have read (and tried) everything on the forum but I just can't seem to be able to do it. I have always used Filezilla for transfers, using the Host (domain-name plus extension)/Username/Password quickconnect. I've tried just about everything I can think of. Even installing the xml configuration file in site manager doesn't work. Can anyone give me some hints on how I can find out what my direct address is?

Thanks

Re: More on FTP

Thanks Nate, but no, nothing there is working either. I even turned on the SSH to try it but no luck. Authentication failed.

Re: More on FTP

Nothing is working where?

It is a good idea to use SSH, you'll need to ensure FileZilla is configured to use SSH file transfer protocol in the Site Manager.

Double check that the username is correct, and that it's the Primary FTP user.

If authentication is failing you can reset the password.
