Re: My website is not loading!

Hey @xtremers9

I was able to finally get both your site and mine to load. Turns out the error was on my end so it might also be on your end. Not exactly sure which step actually fixed the error, but here are the steps I took.

         1. I flushed my DNS by bringing up by:

  1. On your keyboard, press Win+X to open the WinX Menu.
  2. Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator.
  3. Run the following command:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    2. I restarted my router by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

    3. I restarted my computer.

Re: why i can't see my web site ???

Hey @ssp119,

Thanks for your post.  We're not able to access your account via Community, so it'd be hard to say exactly what may be going on.  Some of the general things you may want to try is to make sure your files are in the proper directory, and make sure they are named correctly (like index.php, etc.).  If you're not sure on how to do this, or have done it and it's still not working, I'd recommend reaching out to our hosting teams for further assistance.

Hope that helps.
