Not able to received, any email from our website - Help! or kindly refund our money back

Dear Technical Team,

 We are using Premium Business Hosting (you claim award-winning customer care and support system 24/7…. Wow! guys). We are facing issues from last 3 days…. When was suddenly our hosting server down almost 4 hours and after coming normal… we are not able to received, any email from our website (insurancetopup-com).

We are stuck from last 78 Hours… with your world class support. We already phone call 2 times and your guys says it's not our side issue (GoDaddy) so please check your website etc.. and so we believe them maybe it's our fault... (even we told them, suddenly it's happened.. previously it's working normal..)

 
issue we facing

We are not able to received, any email from our website (like: order process, no automatic emails are sent to user and admin, and receiving any query emails) (it's WooCommerce based platform)... but our normal email is working. We having problems with the emails, we don’t get orders email notifications, and the customer does not get receipt or order confirmation too, Why are all our store emails being blocked.

 

WooCommerce based website - Server type Linux.   PHP 7.1    SSL Certificate.


Note: We already tried all possible things, that was suggested by your technical team via phone... (but our issue still not resolved, and automatic email are not receiving.)

Things! We have already tested, but that’s not working…

  • Manually Sending emails via the Orders (WooCommerce) Options
  • installing SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP) and sending test emails… but not working
  • Try to Uploaded Old Backup files (all database+ website and date is 31-01-2018) from cPanel… and then sending emails
  • Deactivated All Plugins and Sending emails
  • Setup new Sub-Domain and installing new WordPress and sending emails but not working
  • Sending email from Form7

Hi @usman-imran. Welcome to GoDaddy Community! 

In looking at the DNS for your domain, it looks like you have it pointed to both Workspace Email and cPanel for email service. This is undoubtedly part of the issue. You will need to have mail set up to be delivered to one or the other, not both. If you wish to use just cPanel email, you'll need to remove the MX records that point to secureserver.net. Once you do that, it may fix the issue. If not, other members of the community may have some suggestions to help.
