PHP include not working

HI

My PHP includes notwroking and even when i make my home-page as (php) it seems that is not recognized  even though the icon of the file is changed to php-icon but still not recognized

and i dont have htaccess i dont why. 

but then i manually added it and placed some codes and still not working

so any idea pleae>

Thank you for posting. Can you provide some additional information so the community can help out? What is it that you're trying to achieve with includes? What scripting are you using? Etc.
