Hi, I just recently purchase a hosting + domain. And I have a problem on managing it I cant get inside the cpanel its stock.
I notice that the problem is the server.. I have different product that has a different server its north america and its working well. I can manage it and go inside cpanel..
I think my isp is the problem.
My question is will I still pay for a migration on servers if I want to move to north america??
My new hosting thats on (asia server ) has no website yet.. just started it and want to move it to north america server so that i can manage it with out changing my ISP..
Can I just request that they reset it back?? and so that I can set it up to north america server..
There are no important things on the new server yet cause its not setup as of now.

You should be able reset and chose where your server is based, yes in answer to your question.
But bear in mind the advisory that it's recommended to have your servers as close to your location as possible for risk of latent slow speed.
