Problem to sent out email from submit form

Our website http://www.fassco.co/ we can't send out email when user submit the form. The email is supposed to info@fassco.co but instead it displays errors as below.

There was a problem Fatal error: Uncaught phpmailerException: SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting in /home/l6yms1bzaefb/public_html/quform/lib/class.phpmailer.php:1541 Stack trace: #0 /home/l6yms1bzaefb/public_html/quform/lib/class.phpmailer.php(1335): PHPMailer->smtpSend('Date: Mon, 5 Ma...', 'This is a multi...') #1 /home/l6yms1bzaefb/public_html/quform/lib/class.phpmailer.php(1213): PHPMailer->postSend() #2 /home/l6yms1bzaefb/public_html/quform/process.php(378): PHPMailer->send() #3 /home/l6yms1bzaefb/public_html/quform/process.php(431): process(Object(Quform), Array) #4 {main} thrown in /home/l6yms1bzaefb/public_html/quform/lib/class.phpmailer.php on line 1541

I'm not sure if it's because email has been blocked by the host to be sent out or we need some changing on server for PHP mail() function configurations. Can you please assist of how to make it to be able to send out email?

Re: Problem to sent out email from submit form

Any of our hosting plans block connecting to outside servers to relay mail as a security measure.

The server you connect to depends on your hosting. For cPanel it's localhost, for other types of hosting it's relay-hosting.secureserver.net. In both cases you connect on port 25, without login, and without SSL.
