Problems with sending and receiving email on cpnel hosting

Hi I am having problems with sending and receiving email on cpnel hosting

I actually just found that as you replied (via a google search) 

 

So it looks like something got adjusted with your DNS settings

1) https://dcc.godaddy.com/manage/maragelaconsulting.co.za/dns

2) You want to add an A record for @ with an IP of 208.109.25.132 for TTL select custom/600

3) Then add a CNAME for MAIL points to @

4) I would also add a CNAME for www points to @

 

This will get your mail and website back up and running - well pointed to the correct server. You website shows as "forbidden" which suggest a permissions issue with something on the site in the filemanager / cPanel

Could you be a bit more specific - What sort of error?? What is your domain? Have you pointed your MX records to the cPanel account?

Upon trying to send emails and receive it’s error is cannot find email server or unable to very incoming server

This sounds like an issue with your domain and being pointed to the server - without knowing your domain what specific settings you have I can't say what the next steps would be

is this on godaddy dns and i would like to know if possible if you can make the changes

Yes this is on GoDaddy's site - No I cannot make the changes as I'm an end user and therefore do not have access to your account.

I'm seeing the update - so as long as your accounts are good on the cPanel server you should be good to go
