Root File

Good morning All,

I did not see a 'board' for my issue, so I picked this one.

My issue is; I can't get the /public_html remote site to show on

Filezilla.  My files show they are in there on cPanel/File Manager,

but website isn't up.  It's been 8 years since I've done a website

and know things change.  Any help is very much appreciated.

Domain: mcarthursinc.com

Kind Regards,

Steve

Re: Root File

Hi @penson33,

Welcome to the Community!

It's not clear - without seeing your FTP results in a screenshot - why you're not seeing your public_html folder contents. However, your domain is resolving to the default home.html page placed in every cPanel hosting plan. The home page you've designed for your website must be in this public_html folder to override this default.

You can use the guides here for more information on uploading your website files using FTP.
