Switching from Wordpress Hosting to cPanel

I have a site in GoDaddy WordPress hosting but I want to switch to a regular cPanel-managed site. Is there a way to switch that myself or do I need to call to do that? The subscription is already paid for and I just want to migrate.

You can migrate your site to cpanel.

Follow these steps,

1. Make a complete backup of your site using All-in-One WP Migration plugin,

https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

2. Then buy a linux hosting with c-panel.

3.Then install wordpress in new cpanel hosting.

4. Install All-in-One WP Migration plugin in your new wordpress site. And then select “Import” under “All in One WP Migration”

5. Drag and drop your back up file that you have downloaded from your old site using All in One WP Migration.

6. Follow the steps shown while importing.

7. After importing, change your Domains DNS setting to point your new cpanel hosting server.

If you have any doubt please let me know.
